Giving up!

I have had this issue for at least four weeks, and trying to work at home on the laptop is becoming unbearable. Our works remote IT service got me to speed test the broadband and said I shouldn’t even be paying for this. I’ve done all the usual resolves and not working!! My internet speed on laptop and phone are showing 0.45 mpbs download and 0.14 uploads 

I don’t have time to sit on a call being told I don’t know what I’m talking about with a six month old! At this rate I’m going back to Virgin!

Hi can any one help my now tv box is saying box not supported.

Are you using the White Box from Now TV? If so you will need to go onto Live chat to get a Now TV Stick.
