I purchased a now tv box with a 3month free trial of the Entertainment Pass but when I registered the email I received states that I have only a 14 day trial
What can I do to get this changed?

@Anonymous User you should have had a scratchcard inside the packaging to enter a code. Sounds like you either didn't enter it or you got an error but carried on and started the 14 day trial. If you can find the code you can apply it to your account via My passes and it'll start once the trial has ended.
