Fraudulent payment

Hi, 

I really dont know what to do. I've tried calling, live chat isn't working and I can't find an email to get in touch. 

 

I have 2 pending transactions on my bank account. I haven't had now tv for a year now. Why is this happening? As far as I'm aware I have no other accounts. I haven't made any new ones. And as I said I haven't made a payment since a year ago. The bank keep telling me to contact now tv but this seems to be impossible and they wont cancel it until I have done this.

Under normal circumstances you would need to contact live chat where they may ask you to also get in touch with your bank.

 

Because of the Coronavirus crisis live chat is not available for TV customers.

I've had this in the past.

I think it's to do with the NowTV 'systems' determining whether the card

stored against your (old) account is still valid.

 

The pending transactions will hopefully disappear after a few days.
