I've received an email saying someone tried to log into my account from a different device what advice do you recommend please? Could it be a neighbour?   I live alone and family all have virgin packages.  Thank you.

It’s quite possible that the email itself is a scam (phishing attempt). If it asked you to click a link, don’t. Clicking the link would take you to a page that looks like Now, but isn’t. You would then be asked to verify your account details, and say bye-bye to your bank account.
