Film's won't play on tablet

I have uploaded the nowtv app, I chose a film to watch, but the following appears:

This device has been modified now tv is not supported on this device.  Please remove the modifications.  ???  

Remove WHAT modifications.

Can anyone help and advise me on this.  Please be aware I'm not very tech savvy.

Hey Scoob

Some tablets, particularly the Chinese made models, are pre-modified at the factory. To unmodify those, if your's is one of them, will probably cost more than buying a new non-Chinese tablet.
