Failed Payment/Making Contact

Hi All,

I've only just joined now broadband, and I'm finding contacting customer service increasingly frustrating. My first payment hasn't been taken, and I've been trying to make a payment. Live chat never seems to be on, and there doesn't seem to be a way to pay via the site? Or am I missing something?
