Entertainment programmes won’t load on Samsung tv

Trying to watch programmes on our Entertainment pass on the NowTV app on Samsung tv - nothing will load other than a blank black screen. 

All programmes on Movie and Kids passes working fine.

Over the last 72 hours NowTV have been encountering some sort of Technical issue with certain devices i.e. LG / Samsung Smart TV's with the inbuilt NowTV App, plus Games Consoles.

The issue seems to be that certain NowTV content just try's to load on the screen with the spinning coloured circles.

Here's one example with regards to Samsung Smart TV's taken from the NowTV Twitter site.

NowTV Twitter is littered with them, plus loads of reports by NowTV Community Forum members since Friday.
