I have twice this week tried to sign up on offers shown for entertainment passes. One offer was £1 and month for 2 month,that offer disappeared as I checked bank details. When I tried again there was an offer of £4.99 a month for 2 month but again this has disappeared can anyone help me?

For future reference, always take a screenshot or photo of the offer so you have proof it existed!

the £1/month for 2 months was an email offer. Look for email from 

mission.control AT message.nowtv.com.  - replace " AT ” with @

Set up your account with bank details, find the email and click on "Claim Your Offer". Should all work.  Did for me.
