Just came away for a weeks break to find I can't watch Now on any of the 3 devices I have because my limit of changing (1!) has been used for this month. What a way to run a business. Just cancelling Now now.

Was told by the Now Twitter feed to post on here for help. Why am I not surprised it gets ignored?

@Anonymous User the average response time to a forum post by staff is about a day, not sure what you were expecting within 15 minutes.

and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
