Can you watch the same programme, at the same time on separate  devices?

Hi @8thTitle

Yes if you have Boost.

Or if you are BT TV customer and one of the two devices is the BT Youview box if you don't subscribe to Boost.

Hi @8thTitle

More information about the NOW Boost Membership in this link article below, where with Boost you can watch up to 3 devices at the same time.

Be aware that Now does not have profiles, so if you have two devices watching the same on demand programme at the same time, and neither of you gets right to the end, and you don’t both stop watching at exactly the same point, it’s anybody’s guess which one of you the progress bar matches.

So if the other person comes back and resumes, they will be resuming from the wrong place.

Accordingly, if you do this, it’s best to watch whole episodes 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
