Devices

I am sure I used to be able to watch on 2 devices at once ie me on one and my daughter on another device. Am I wrong? Just tried to watch something but got a message to say I'm streaming on too many devices.

You wasn't wrong back before July 2021.

 

However since July 2021 NOW have changed the rules (assuming you are not a BT TV customer, where they still get 2 simultaneously streams without Boost if they follow a particular order on watching, where one device must be a BT Youview box).
