Device proplems

Why does my now tv box say its not support when we have reset up payments has for some reason they stopped from no fault of our own . So we've paid for it but can't use it. And does anyone no how to get in contact with nowt to complain.

I am guessing you are using the old NowTV white box ?

 

If so, these old boxes ceased from operating after the 6th October 2020.

 

NowTV should have sent emails to users on their database that use the old white box.

 

Should the white box be your main primary streaming device for watching your NowTV pass on, then NowTV are offering a free NowTV Stick has a replacement.

 

Should the white box be your secondary streaming device, then i believe NowTV are offering a discount on their NowTV Stick.
