Salve, stavo aspettando una consegna il 21.10 per il mio hub, la consegna è stata posticipata ad oggi ma il fattorino non ha consegnato il pacco e ora potrò recarmi all'ufficio postale lunedì 24.10 non sono sicuro dell'ora in cui il PO riceverà il mio pacco. Lo stesso giorno deve venire l'ingegnere, cosa devo fare?

In English please, assuming we are talking about the UK delivery of a UK service?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi, I was waiting for a delivery on 21.10 for my hub, the delivery has been postponed to today but the delivery man has not delivered the package and now I can go to the post office on Monday 24.10 I'm not sure when the PO will receive the my package. The engineer has to come the same day, what should I do?
