Deleting account

Opened an account to get a week pass and then a day pass. Went onto online chat to cancel and delete account. Asked 10 times to delete account and all they can say is read the small print. Refused to delete it and now have escalated for something that should be straightforward and commonplace for everyone else. Crazy.

Obviously, no user who succeeds can come back and tell us they have, but I wait in vain for anyone from NowTV to come back and say ‘Hey, what you posted isn’t true any more, we are aware of our responsibilities and are now fulfilling them’.

 

So if you try this and it still fails, would you care to pop back and let us know that?

 

 

 

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
