Any reason why you are not happy with the NOW Broadband service?
Is this your first year with NOW Broadband and did you take out the saver 12 month contract option?
Usually the 12 month contract starts from your live activation date which should have been indicated on the email that NOW sent you when signed up.
You could also go to your online account and under Orders & Appointments or Messages see if there is any information about your live activation date.
Also NOW usually sends an email out to their customers a couple of weeks before the 12 months anniversary of what options you have with different prices.
Same here, I can't seem to find any contract details with Now Broadband.
I have all the emails they sent me, but no contract details.
Speed and reliability is dire, wish I had stayed with my previous supplier.
When you talk about speed, is this Wi-Fi or Ethernet? For the latter have you split the bands?
What about a factory reset?

Have you called the broadband team to try resolve all your issues including the contract details?

And I genuinely do not understand why anybody cannot be aware of when their NOW broadband contract begins and ends?
Note that this page also talks about the reasons that you could leave early without penalty, though it says to look in your contract for them, and doesn’t spell them out.
But inadequate performance on Now’s part in providing your broadband service ought to be one of them; have you kept a log of this?
Those of us for whom Now Broadband is just a matter of hearsay have some difficulty fathoming out issues about what information is where; but if Broadband is anything like Memberships, I would imagine there is a Broadband tab under Manage Account, and the renewal/termination date would be shown there.
Is this the case?
