Complaint and problem not solved and ignored

I've had no phone or broadband since 24th September. It's now 2nd October. Reported issue on the day, no show of engineer. 28th September sent a text message about problem. No reply. 29th September again phoned Now, but phone cut off. They didn't bother calling me back. They had my number. 30th made an official complaint. Was told they would get back to me within 24hrs. Heard nothing.  What an atrocious service. Regret switching from Talk Talk.

Unfortunately this won't be picked up here by any NOW staff. Your best bet is to try the direct complaints number: 0800 759 1213
