Anybody else has access to your playback devices such has kids for example ?
If so, firstly i would go to My Account > Settings & Pins whilst logged in on here and add a Payment Pin to your account.
Then i would pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund.
