Charged for a cancelled account

I have cancelled my now TV account back in November 2019 but still remain to get charged for it every month and I'm.trying to ask them for refund of the money they took but the nowtv chat helpline isn't very helpful at all can anyone help me out please x

I have cancelled the service back in march they said it will get switched off on 03/04/20 but strangely enough they switched it off on 27th march 2020 which was very bad as we did order the other suppliers accordingly which was a perfect date on 3/04/20 being connection date and during the lockdown my kids were left no entertainment at all for a week and now I got charged like you did on 03/05/20 very bad service they have even the customer service when you tell them that you leaving they are very rude to me they put the phone down once or twice 😠
