Charge

Recently joined nowtv for phone broadband and entertainment package have been stopped £23 for broadband etc and £6.99 for entertainment package but also they have taken £5 which I cannot find in bills and payments section anyone any ideas .

I believe the £5 charge is for the Hub Router delivery.

 

Have you gone into My Account > Manage Account > My Payments whilst logged in on here and look under possibly previous payments (sometimes clicking the arrow next to the payments gives you a further breakdown).
