Changing payment date

I need to change my payment date before they cancel my broadband and passes but I cant find out how to do that is there a online chat?

I would like to change my payment date for now TV passes etc how do I do this?

The only way is for you to cancel the passes and wait without the service until the date you want to pay and then restart them.
