Change Payment date

Hi how do i go about changing my payment date?  New to this all.

If it’s for TV memberships it is more difficult because it’s based on when you purchase the membership.

  • Give us a call on 08007591213 to speak directly to a NOW advisor.

Be aware if you call the number to discuss TV memberships they will direct you straight to live chat.

Personally I’m not sure as I’m not a broadband customer with NOW, no harm in trying though.

The NOW Broadband telephone helpline for Broadband Customers is available between 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.

 

Prior to Covid-19 they did close at 11pm each evening.

 

Best time to call them is first thing in the morning after 8am.
