If it’s for TV memberships it is more difficult because it’s based on when you purchase the membership.

Personally I’m not sure as I’m not a broadband customer with NOW, no harm in trying though.

The NOW Broadband telephone helpline for Broadband Customers is available between 8am to 8pm 7 days a week.
Prior to Covid-19 they did close at 11pm each evening.
Best time to call them is first thing in the morning after 8am.
