Been trying before xmas to update my details on my ipad, phone & laptop keep getting the same message card details not accepted try again shortly, looks like I am going to have to cancel all subscriptions and start again unless anyone knows how to overcome this problem?

Ok so you have 3 options
1. Live chat. Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box
2. Fill this form out and wait for a reply.
3. Send an email to the address in the picture below
