Are you trying to cancel because you don't want to use the day sports pass and seeking a refund ?
Or are you worried that the day sports pass will auto renew after you start it ?
If it's the first reason then you need to get in touch with live chat.
With regards to preventing the day sports pass auto renewing, then both the day or week sports passes don't auto renew after these two types of passes finishes after the duration is up so there is no option or need to cancel.
You only need to cancel a months sports pass or a months mobile sports pass to stop these passes auto renewing each month.
