Cancelling Now TV

Sorry how do I cancel my Now TV membership?  I've been into my Now TV membership a few times and can't find the option to cancel.  thanks

Hi @AB 

 

What type of TV Membership are you trying to cancel ?

 

If it is not a Day Sports Membership and there is nothing showing on your My Membership then would you have more than one NOW account ?

 

Check the email used under My Account on all your playback devices.

 

When on the NOW website (assuming you are in the UK, check the url address bar on your internet browser has gb in the middle of the address).

How did you take your memberships out?

Are you billed via NOW directly or via Apple?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
