What type of TV Membership are you trying to cancel ?
If it is not a Day Sports Membership and there is nothing showing on your My Membership then would you have more than one NOW account ?
Check the email used under My Account on all your playback devices.
When on the NOW website (assuming you are in the UK, check the url address bar on your internet browser has gb in the middle of the address).
