I subscribed to a 7 day free trial subscription on the 8th May 2019 and no longer need the service. I have send in my cancellation on the 14th May but have noticed that an amount of £7.99 has come off my account.
Please cancel with immediate effect and refund the amount that was deducted from my bank account.
