Cancel my account

Hi there I need help I have cancelled my now tv and unplugged it for the last 3 months and my account said that I had cancelled my free trial . I’ve now been charged £33.99, £7.99 and £9.99 for the 3 months . I don’t use use it anymore and would like my money back as I now have no money . Please help me

I'd suggest contacting customer services via the help section.

Also remove any card details from your account so you are not charged further.

Unless you have directly asked them to remove your details all Now TV will do is cancel the pass and your account stays open for future use.

Use the help section in NowTV.com. 

I'd recommend going straight to live chat as trying to get the contact centre to do anything that is not BB related is difficult
