Cancel broadband order

Hi - I need to cancel my order (as installation date is too far away - maybe switch at a later date) but the live chat isnt available to do this. My order hasn’t been delivered yet etc. How do I go about this? I’ve already been charged the initial £5 set up fee.

The Community Forum is mainly used and run by customers.

 

You will be better off contacting the NowTV Broadband Team directly.

 

You will find their telephone number under My Account > Orders & Appointments or if you can't find a telephone number there go to My Account > Broadband & Calls and keep clicking on the Moving Home section.

 

Or alternatively send them an email on customerservices AT nowtv.com (i had to use AT instead of the @ symbol because the forum software blocks posted email addresses).

 

The telephone option would be the quicker method (though expect a long wait on the phone line due to the coronavirus pandemic which is effecting their helpline service).

 

The email route may take a few days before they respond back to you.
