Is this because you want to block somebody using your account ?
Or you are getting a message about too many streams ?
Or another reason ?

Just to add in case you were not aware, there is no longer a restriction on the number of device changes available per month, nor the facility to individually remove them. The system is now dynamic, each time you want to stream on a new device the one used longest ago will automatically drop off, subject to any downloaded content.
