Can’t get into my account and can’t get to a human?!?

I haven’t been able to login into my account- tried all the help. I’ve been all through the help centre and online chat - I need a human?!?

@Anonymous User  Are you sure you are putting in your correct password that you have set up with Now Tv ?
If you are sure then I would try pressing Forgotten Password where you will be able to reset a new password and see what happens then. If it lets you set up a new Password at least you will know Now Tv has your correct Email address.So then I can’t see any reason why it’s not letting you in.
