Okay, so this is just a saga now. I switch to now broadband 5 weeks ago and am still having problems recieving phonecalls on the landline. I've had 3 engineers out, and called the technical help line lots. They tell me now it's with the back office, it's a number porting issue. But it just keeps failing every time they try to fix it. Now it seems I can't call the help line without getting cut off. They promiss to call me back and never have.
Anyone have any idea what I can do about this?
