Hi I’m anew customer and I cannot contact customer services, I’ve tried ringing but was waiting in line for 45 minutes, I’ve tried emailing but haven’t heard back I’ve tried live chat a hundred times but it keeps saying no advisors are available, I was just wondering if any body else was having trouble and how they resolved it in the end!!!! I’m getting quite frustrated and feel I’ve made a huge mistake switching to them!!!! Many thanks

If so, whilst logged in on here go to My Account > Orders & Appointments and click on the drop down arrow next to your live broadband & phone date to see the telephone helpline number to call.
