Can not redeem free pass

I already had now tv thru the app on my TV. I already have passes that I pay for. Then I bought 3 sticks which have a free 1 month pass on each. All sticks registered ok but there is no voucher code for the free passes in any of the boxes. Iv been on live chat & they won’t do anything without proof of purchase. I bought the sticks from b&m a few months ago & don’t have receipt. Live chat said the passes are automatically loaded onto the sticks but I can’t see any of them in my account (is this just because I have more than 30 days to run on current passes?) when I click redeem a pass it wants a code which I don’t have. I asked live chat 3 times where I get the code. Is it in the box, it it on screen, should b&m have given it me on a scrap of paper? Where do I get the code from, what does it look like? Should it have been in the box?  Can someone please help. Feel like I’ve been ripped off. Thanks
