Broadband

I have just joined now tv & I have my broadband on but when I check my account there is no billing details or anything to suggest that I have broadband on?

This gets reported now and again on the NOW Community Forum.

If there is no trace of your Broadband account (assuming you haven't created two accounts i.e. one for TV Membership and one for Broadband and looking on the wrong account) then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team where i have linked their communication methods on the thread linked above).

 

Also try a different internet browser and when going to your online account, make sure there is a gb in the middle of the url address bar which denotes UK and your browser is not automatically diverting to NOW Republic of Ireland site which will have an ie in the middle of the url address bar when viewing the account pages.
