When NowTV introduced the Broadband, Telephone, TV Combo service they included a NowTV Smart Freeview Box in the package deal.
NowTV have moved away from the Combo Package with the included NowTV TV smart box for over a year now.
So unless you have ordered a NowTV smart box or smart stick from the nowtv website has an extra item to your order, then you don't now normally receive a NowTV box with their Router.
If you wish to double check this, then you will find the telephone number for the NowTV Broadband Team by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here and click on the drop down arrow below live date to see the phone number to call.
