Broadband issues, currently renting where all bills are included. When we moved in the now tv box was waiting and I set it up with ease, found out it was the basic package and asked the landlord to upgrade. That was over a week ago, landlord states it’s been done but I’m wondering how long does the upgrade from basic to super fast take?
