So I’m in Devon and our broadband has crashed. Call centre not open. Service online checker asking for bank details and still not working... anyone know what’s happening? Not impressed it can’t be reported

The current issues affecting most users at the moment is down to their flaky DNS servers playing up, meaning web addresses refuse to load.
The guide takes you through how to change your DNS servers, which has to be done on each device you use.
I can confirm this has resolved the problem for me (I’m directly with Sky). Here’s hoping they get it solved soon.
