Broadband price increase

I received an email in December, about broadband price changes in February,

and totally misread it.

In order to stay on the same package I thought I either had to:

“Accept” by a certain date to get a 12 month contract

Or do nothing and would remain on the same rolling contract.

On reading the email again, the second option expires on 19th Feb and so my price will go up.

I’ve tried “chatting” but just get robotic answers!

Hi @Anonymous User

On the bottom of the email there should be a reference number and telephone number to phone.

If there is no telephone number on the email, use the phone number in this link page below to contact the NowTV Broadband Team.
