Broadband phone issue

Hi Im new to NOW Broadband

I received a scam phone call today informing me I was using illegal broadband internet and my service was about to be disconnected? Im concerned if this is an actual scam or will NOW broadband cancel my service?

Much appreciate any advice on this please.

Sounds like a phone scam to me.

Did they actually mention NowTV in the phone call ?

I believe NowTV don't phone their customers, where there normally email them from my experience using NowTV Broadband.

yes I've had two of these this morning alone within ten minutes of each other I'd advise not to call the number as they charge something like £5 a minute.
