Hello,
I am having issues with the broadband constantly dropping out, i've tried the line checking but it doesn't work and am getting nowhere with the live chat, what is the best way to contact Now about this?

If the wiring between the back of the Router and BT Telephone socket looks in order and you have tried pressing the reset button on the back of the NowTV Hub Router for about 10 seconds and the same problem persists, then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call (use the telephone number in this link page below).

Thanks, got in touch with Now and they are sending me a link in an email to buy a wifi booster and crediting my account with the amount the booster costs.
