Broadband help

Looking to get the now broadband but activation date is the 5th Oct, and unfortunately  we need it asap

The apartment I live in previously had the broadband as the device is in storage. 

Is there anything we could do to have broadband earlier as it has been here and maybe we dont need an engineer to come out???

If anyone has info that would be great

I doubt NowTV would budge on the date that they have given you, where they are governed by third parties who undertake the necessary works on their behalf which is out of their control.

You could try sending an email to see if they can move your date forward, though i would expect the answer will be unlikely no.

I suppose if you don't ask you don't get.
