Broadband down in Darwen

My broadband is still down, this has been the case for a whole day. When is it likely to fixed ? 
Please help !!!

There are no NOW staff members to respond here I'm afraid, if you have already done a service check via My Account the best you can do is call the broadband support team on 0330 041 2518.

Hate to say adding posts to the forum about broadband being down won’t get noticed by the support team. You need keep calling the team using the number provided by @redchiz1 until you come to a resolution.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
