Has anyone else had repetitive issues with their broadband? Located north west England.
this is seriously becoming an issue and it is affecting my ability to do work. i can’t relax properly either as I don’t watch live tv , only streaming apps or sites.
Moreover I have to use my phone data to do work which means I have to pay extra for my phone bill.
Can someone please just fix the internet. Genuinely thinking of cancelling my membership.

If you are encountering any internet issues with your NOW Broadband service, you need to report them directly to the NOW Broadband Team.
