Broadband down Llanelli, S Wales

Broadband has been down since 10pm last night (Llanelli, S Wales). It's getting ridiculous now, I hope they fix the problem soon. Has anyone had an explanation as to why this has happened? I phoned but couldn't get anything out of them.

From my understanding is that its with OpenReach as NOW use their network. Not much else to say I am afraid. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

My NOW Broadband went down around 10am, where i am based in South Wales.

 

Been out since this morning and just got home where the middle internet light was still showing orange which means no internet.

 

Thought i would unplug the power to the Router for a minute and when i re-powered back on the middle light went back to green after about 5 minutes and the internet is now live and working again.

 

Cant guarantee the above will work for you but no harm in giving it a whirl.
