Give the NowTV Broadband Team a phone call where they should be able to remotely alter your Broadband Buddy Settings on your behalf.
Also whilst on the phone to them ask them why you can't access Broadband Buddy on your account yourself.

I have tried this way and it’s not coming up it takes me to pins and passwords but nothing for broadband buddy thanks for your help

If you open this link help article below and click on the Broadband Buddy Settings (in the blue text link) does it take you to your Buddy Settings on your account ?

If not i am assuming you haven't got two accounts (one for TV passes and one for Broadband) and looking on the wrong account.
A few people in the past mentioned that there was no Broadband Buddy Settings on their NowTV Broadband account, where they had to get in touch with NowTV to resolve it for them.
