Hi, I ordered broadband and calls 2 weeks ago, due to go live today (11th)
I paid the upfront fee, received my router on the 6th.
yesterday (10th) I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call and was left ok hold for half an hour which I was charged for, just to be hung up on.
why has my broadband been cancelled and why was it last minute with no explanation?

What number did you call? Because the broadband team is a free from 0800 number.

They emailed me with this 03303323050 number and told me to call them, thank you for the 0800 number I will call them now

Did you call that 033 number from the landline or your mobile?
As I am aware that 033 numbers count towards your minutes with mobile plans.
But yeah you defintely won't get charged with the 0800 number 😀
