Hi
I moved into my own flat at on Saturday and my activation date is today. I have tried tracking my order and it just said the same thing since my hub got delivered with "we're working on it".
Am I able to turn on my hub box and it will gain Internet at some point today with it being on? Or do I have to wait for an email saying that I can now access the Internet and turn my hub on for the very first time?

According to this link activation can take until midnight on the day

Your NOW Broadband line can go live at any time up until midnight on your go live date.
