@Anonymous User Almost certainly a scam. An easy way to tell, without clicking on any link;
They ask you to click on a link to update your payment details (No isp will ask this)
They don’t use your name, just call you “customer”, or something similar
If claiming to be from your isp, they call it “your isp”, without naming it
