My Now TV Stick, which I have had since January, has been extremely blurry for two months. It is in watchable and the help centre is so unhelpful. I have tried all the fixes and at first updating, resetting, unplugging work, now nothing works. Every other online video subscription works perfectly. Almost impossible to get hold of an actual person to help.
