Blank screen

Payment taken yesterday but no Now tv either last night or this morning. I am using a Firestick and have never had a problem.  They say they cannot show my membership details!  Any ideas?

Have you tried logging out and back in on the app?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have just spent 3 hours chatting and at the end got a result, Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Why didn’t someone suggest that earlier (I mean the chat men)?
